"Tom has apparently changed how he is conducting his business and as the other reviewer Scott C indicates none of it is good. After waiting 11 months for Tom to begin our project and his endless excuses as to why it hadn't started, we agreed upon a start date. Not only was he a no show - but he was also a no call. His lack of communication, lies about materials being ordered and his total disregard for our timeline and failure to show up on the start date put him in the unprofessional and unreliable category."

"We had a bathroom remodel done. Contract was signed in Oct, was promised Feb and he started in April. He kept going out of town and the whole process took much longer than promised. Poor communication all around. Estimate came in at a good price but that is for basic builder grade. Expect upcharges for anything above builder grade. None of that was explained upfront. Ultimately left without replacing a ceiling fan he took out and tub area has grout problems. Subcontractors generally did good work so it could have been worse"

"Tom & his team at T-Square Construction Inc. did an AWESOME job on our basement. He was always on time and was no delay. Like most big projects - ran into some issues and fixed before we had time to adjust and/or took care of it in a super fast time. Professional team and will be doing more projects in the spring. If you are looking for professional, always cleaning after themselves, courteous work: basements, kitchens, cabinets, patios, decks, etc. in and out of your home in the Fox Valley area - Geneva, St. Charles, Batavia - T-Square is the contractor you want!!!"
