"Worst place ever to work for the employees are amazing but you are not allowed to go on break They skipped their lunches and the manager Todd is very two-faced he is nice to your face and he acts very polite to your face, but then disrespect you behind your back I was working there and this guy literally act friendly to my face when I left work, then called the temp agency. I was working for and told him not to send me back because I’m not getting along with the other employees which in fact was the biggest lie he has ever told because I am cool with both of the other employees they only have two other employees besides myself I honestly believe he was just upset because I was taking lunch every day because it’s the law to take a lunch and break but they do not get breaks and they are told to skip their lunch hands-down Todd is one of the worst bosses you can ever work for they basically show you what to do for like a couple minutes and then leave you alone and expect you to know everything"

"We built a house in 2020. When flooring was first installed it was nice. A few months after living in our home I noticed some edges popping up. I told the builder and they contacted CFO. When they came out the first the employee was trying to blame us for “water damage”. It was determined it wasn’t water damage the buckle was caused from the flooring being too tight. The part that was buckling at the time was super glued down to “fix” the problem. After a few more months I noticed the buckling was getting worse in more places. I again contacted the builder and they contacted CFO. Nothing was done. This went on for a few more months. Finally, the builder requested that someone come out and do an inspection and it was again determined that the flooring wasn’t installed correctly. The “floating” flooring was installed too tight around the island not giving the flooring any room to move as the weather changed. This caused our floor from the family to the kitchen to buckle in numerous places. After months of back and forth CFO came out in November 2022 with ONE box of supply to fix the entire floor. The employee who came out looked at the floor and said “this isn’t going to be enough”. He left saying someone would be in touch. We waited and waited. We contacted the builder who gave us CFO’s number. My husband reached out and got in contact with Cindy. She told my husband “we’re waiting to hear back from the manufacturer”. Another few weeks went by with Cindy giving us the same answer. Then we were scheduled for a date for them to come out and fix it. Again, the employees who came to our house showed up with TWO boxes of material to fix the flooring from the kitchen to the family room. Our builder was at our house that day and informed them AGAIN that wasn’t going to be enough. My husband called Cindy and she told him she’d get back to him by the end of the week. Three weeks pasted and nothing. I called Cindy and was told “we’re waiting on the manufacturer. We’ll let the builder know when the supplies are in. Don’t call us any more you need to speak to your builder about the matter. Have a good day”. That was a week ago and we’re still waiting on a response. The builder didn’t improperly install our flooring, Contractor Flooring Outlet did. When we showed them the issues we were having in 2021 it was super glued down in one spot then never addressed again even after it was determined that the floor was installed incorrectly. Now my floors are ugly in my almost 3 year old house. The worst of it is in the kitchen. It’s embarrassing and ugly to look at. I have to make sure my kitchen floors are hidden in certain areas if we have company because it’s embarrassing. I wouldn’t recommend Contractor Flooring Outlet to anyone. If there’s a problem with the flooring it takes too long for them to rectify the situation. More than likely they’ll come out and super glue it down rather than fixing the cause of the issue like they did ours."
