"Its has not even been two hours and the main balloon is already bad . I had questions about certain things and the employees continue to talk to each other about things none related to work . While i was waiting for the balloons they attempted to give me them without a bag to protect them . I asked for a bad to protect them and one of the employees told the other “she even said she wants a bah” kind of mocking me . Not going back there . Very unprofessional and disrespectful"
"Highly recommended. Staffs are very nice. Janis and Ray are super helpful and fast. Couple weeks ago (7/20/23) I had to get my friend's bday 40th balloons and get to Richardson in rush hours. They both helped me to do the balloons set within 5 minutes. Janis also gave me suggestions about balloon colors. I told her that I need to quick while she was working on another customer's balloon. She called Ray to help me. They both are so fast and awesome. She helped Ray after helping previous customers. That's what I called "Customer Service". They are awesome! I will definitely go back. Thank you, Janis & Ray! You both deserve the employees of the year! They are keepers"! "
"Ordered balloons for my sons 1st birthday party to be picked up on Saturday morning 1/21. The balloons must have been done the night before because they deflated as soon as I got home. Some of them didn’t even float after taking them out of the bag. Over $40 wasted"
"This is an excellent party city store. It was well stocked, very clean, with plenty of staffing when I was there on a Monday morning. The store had lots of seasonal items (Halloween) as well as supplies for any other type of party or gathering you might want to have."
"This place is great! They have so many items for all sorts of parties at great prices. I like the balloon varieties behind the counter. Staff was friendly and the place was very busy. I will come back for all of my party needs."
