"I visited 3 places before coming here. Nick got me checked in - looked at our issue and said it would be taken care of in 30-45 minutes. We stepped out for a quick lunch and came back to our car ready. I was then greeted and assisted by Joseph. He said he worked on the car and the patch on the tire was taken care of.
