"I called and spoke with general manager Nicolas Sianez to install driver mirror on 1/8/24. He told me to bring my car in on Wednesday 1/10 @11am and he will take care of it. Came in for appointment the receptionist told me he's in a meeting, So give a few minutes and he should be able to take care of me. I waited for an hour and the receptionist told me he wouldn't be able to service me for my appointment and I would need to come back. I'm truly disappointed Nicolas Sianez wasting my time."

"I used this repair shop as my insurance referred me there and I have had terrible service here with my vehicle. My car has been in this shop for 2 months now and I still do no have my vehicle back! My insurance paid the shop in full up front and now there are some dents on the top they can't fix and are trying to do a full top replacement, without any communication with me! My vehicle was never covered from the interior since they started work on it and I complained about that and as of today the interior is worse now than it was before! The first time they said it was ready for pick up I went to see my vehicle and they didn't even bother to clean it at all! Very bad communication with their clients and they do not follow up with you on updates on what is going on with your vehicle!No professionalism whatsoever! HORRIBLE management service, as of today I am still waiting for the manager to call me back! I do NOT recommend you going to this shop!"
