"Outstanding customers service and very knowledgeable. Saw some of the other reviews were not as happy because of leins. You need to get a release of lein from the builder and the company they are purchasing the materials from before the work is done. I learned this the hard way years ago with another supplier. Really, you need to just make sure you're not hiring looser building companies that dont pay their bills and screw you with them. Just my 2 cents."
"Horrible customer service. They dont call back. I have been waiting for a quote for close to a month. Every time I talk to Mark he apologizes for not getting me the price and promises he will call me back and never does. I have emailed him and never returns emails. This has literally been going on over 3 weeks. If this is the customer service they provide while selling, I would hate to see the service they would provide if there was ever an issue. Moving on to another company that would like the thousands I am trying to spend."
"Paid contacter in full for materials and labor received a notice from County that a lien was put on our house for materials not paid for when I have receipts and the whole break down. Now I have no choice but to pay for the Roof twice. Is this my fault as a homeowner, did all the research we could on bbb and Angie's list and now I'm stuck with paying the supplies bill twice to stop the legal letters from Richard supply company lawyer. Laws need to change this is really a sham that Richard supply would come after me after the bad decisions they make opening accounts to contractors that don't pay their bills."
"Had roof done by contractor. Paid them in full. Unknown to me, the Contractor didn't pay for roofing supplies at Richard's. so they sued me and put lien on my home. And I was forced to pay double because they have a loop hole in the law that average citizens aren't aware of. Zero compassion. These people are very dirty. It wouldn't allow Zero stars."
