"I saw Cassie for a haircut last night (01/14/2019) and I woke up so happy this morning! I like to think that I'm not very picky, but...alas, I am. I had been going to another salon in town, but when my fav person moved, I looked somewhere else. I'm glad I did because Cassie is awesome! I brought a picture in, she gave me some really good advice about how I might think about altering what I wanted to better suit the shape of my face, and then she worked her magic. I didn't think I was going to like it, but was willing to take the risk. She was spot on and the cut is fantastic! She was very professional and worked quickly. She also cut my 12 year old daughter's hair. Her hair was so damaged from trichotillomania/twisting and pulling. She was going from just below shoulder length to a bob at her chin. It's a lot of inches of hair to loose as a tween. Again, Cassie was awesome. Spoke directly to my daughter and gave her exactly what she asked for. My daughter was SO stinking happy with it. Of note: the receptionist came up to Cassie to let her know that a client from earlier in the day (no names were used) needed a slight adjustment that evening and could not wait. Cassie agreed to stay and accommodate the client's need and scheduled her for after our cut at 7:00 p.m. I think that speaks for itself about how willing she is to keep clients happy. Professionalism, cost, and quality were all met perfectly! Definitely going back for color soon and now I have a new person!"

"I've been coming here for over ten years, and continue to come back even though I live over 30 minutes away now in Richmond Heights. I've had my hair cut by Carrie, Erin, and Brock and all of them are wonderful. The past few years, I've been consistently going to Brock and he is truly fantastic at what he does. My hair always lays so, so nicely, and grows out amazingly well. I'll continue making the drive because the few times I've tried to deviate and go somewhere closer, I've kicked myself for not just making the drive."
