"If i could give zero stars i would. Went in for a full dipping powder set and pedicure. Pedicure was rough and all my toe nails are crooked and uneven. Also polish isn't on entire nail on toes. They did my nails next- had a previous dip set on that needed to be removed ( i had no tips on just my natural nail with dip powder) they removed them and then put ONLY gel on top of my natural nail did a recreation of the design I asked for then charged me $100 for gel polish ONLY set. Next day my natural nails were cracking, went in to get fixed 3 different time for a different nail each time to be done properly with dipping powder. Still not entire set was fixed nor done properly. The lady was rude when I went in to get 1 nail fixed today. She told me shes done with me and refused to fix my nail. It hasn't even been 2 weeks I've got this nail set on. They've ruined my natural nails horrible service horrible work waste of money. Would not recommend."

"We just went today and my 13 year old daughters nails are awful, they are way too huge for her hands and they look hideous, the guy who did them was on his phone constantly and we are never going back, what a waste of money!"

"We made appointments for my sister and myself and got to sit next to each other for our pedicures. Employees were friendly and efficient. This is always my go-to salon! Update: I did gel on my toes for the first time ever and by the time I got home one entire nail's gel had come off. I recommend the Honey and Milk pedicure. There are TVs on with captions so it's not super loud. I highly recommend the massage chairs."

"The guy doing my nails was rude and got mad at me when he moved his hand and smudged on of my nails. After that, he would click his tongue and shake his head, telling me to “BE CAREFUL!”. The flower design I asked for was simple but he managed to make it crooked in some aspects. He left a ton of gunk under my nails and they weren’t even all even."

"Quality of service has gone down. My technician rushed and didn't even do everything that's included in a basic pedicure. The manicure was not worth it. Left nail polish on my skin. It felt like because I didn't pay for the upgrades she decided I didn't deserve bare requirements for service. My bill came out to $60 for gel pedicure and a regular manicure and I still tipped $10. Poor service. I will be looking around for a new nail salon"
