"I started the haircut asking to simply take off half an inch of hair off the top of my head. She goes on to take off at least 2 inches of my hair without saying a word. It felt like she was cutting it to fit what she thought it should look rather than what I wanted. She just kept cutting. She then proceeds to put gel in my hair and slick it all back as if I’m in grease or some 80’s film. Do not come here."

"The front door didn't work, the side door did, and it was labeled properly (thankfully). I didn't really expect much, only wanting to cut my long hair shorter, I was warned of the possibility of my hair shrinking further upon going from long to short, which was nice and it helped me make the best decision I could make, my haircut was pretty bad but only on my decision, and they have a free second cut to people unsatisfied with theirs for a week after your haircut, which I may go and use, in general I can't fault great clips. But it certainly was no 5 star."

I used the check in app to manage my time well and they were ready for me just as I arrived. I'm not much of a chatter person during cuts but my stylist was just the right amount. In and out with my usual cut. Thanks."
