"I went to Sally Beauty last night to try to save my hair. One of the very nice ladies helped me. I wish I had gotten her name. But she had red hair. She saved my hair!! Literally. I was at a loss on what to do and she helped me get everything I needed. I did just have to go back but I only needed to get more toner as my hair definitely needs one more round! I have always loved Sally Beauty but that experience was incredible and I will definitely go back to them for any hair care needs!!!!!"

"The manager Jeanie was very rude and micro aggressive towards me. She called me ghetto because i was wearing a pink wig, and she said the n word around me yelled at me for asking if they were going to have wig caps in stock soon after saying that they were sold out in a rude manner. Very rude and unprofessional never coming back again."

"Manager was very rude! I spent over 200 on hair products the product was defective! And she told me that I would have to contact the manufacturer because she did not put the product in ?? So therefore it's not their issue. I've been buying the same product from them for about 3 years never once an issue! I will never buy anything from here again!"

"The last time I was in, my sister and I were looking at nail polish and reading a label on one of them. The label made a crinkling sound and one of the associates working yelled from across the store "DO NOT OPEN THE NAIL POLISH!!!". It was very unprofessional and off putting, for one we are grown adults reading a label on a product that they sell, trying to decide if we wanted to buy it - we were not opening a sealed product.... I mean seriously who does that! And two, she made a whole scene and made us very uncomfortable in front of all the other customers. She made an accusation without even taking the time to walk over to us to see what was actually happening in front of a store full of customers. As a result, we had close to $100 worth of products that we put back and didn't purchase because the situation was so off putting that we went somewhere else."
