"I purchased a new KTM 300xcw from a dealer down the road. Was having issues with it and they told me to kick rocks. TJ's told me to come right on in, and got it fixed with in days. I was embarrassed because I did not get the bike from them but they did not care. They fixed it, and got it back to me. Really good customer service and nice guys working back there.
