"I really rate this school in the negatives..My daughter was touched by the male gym teacher in 5th grade. She told the teacher. I went to the school the next morning and the principal called my daughter a liar in her face. The LISD police did nothing. A felt so let down. If u have a similar story please contact me. Do not enroll your child here. Its not safe."

"Review by Rafa's wife, Erin. I recently pulled my son out of the school because even though they labeled him a special needs student he was getting bullied everyday but if he would say anything about it he would get marks off of his behavior for tattling. He even came home with marks on his chest once. Last year wasn't too bad and I really like the diagnostician. However this year with the principal change things have gotten intolerable. They do not give out homework and they don't have really any evidence for the grades that they are giving. I could no longer tolerate the bullying. They basically don't learn anything. He lost his teacher this year and still hasn't had a replacement since October. When I went in to discuss why I thought I would be removing him they didn't care at all and did not care about the bullying. They simply told me with a smile to sign these papers and we'd be done."

"I have dealt with this school for many years. Being my oldest and youngest son have both been to this school. Unfortunately today was my breaking point. The assistant principal Mrs.Carter decided to take matters in to her own hands today. And by doing so caused many problems with our family. She decided that instead of giving me my 9 year child when I asked for him she would take him behind closed doors and have him sign something that I've never laid eyes on. And my child said he didn't know what it said. She also FORCEFULLY STOPPED me from getting my child. She literally grabbed him and held on to him and wouldn't let me take him. I will be pressing personal charges for that incident. My son was frightened and very upset. Per Mrs.Carter she didn't feel it was safe to release my child to me? My response to that is this: Just because I'm upset with you or your school DOES NOT mean I'm going to take it out on my son. I love him so much. He's my precious angel. And I could not believe it when the assistant principal thinks she has the power to stop a mother from picking her child up from school. I had to force her hand open off of my son's arm so that I could take him. When it comes to this I believe Mrs.Carter was very wrong in how she handled the situation. My son again is only 9. Needless to say I will be contacting her supervisor as well as the police. And pursue all avenues here. My child will not return to this school. Absolutely uncalled for Mrs.Carter. It was very immature and very shocking that a grown woman could act in such a manner. I was very appalled at the whole thing! Do yourself a favor and find another school for your kids. This school does not provide enough supervision for the children. And matters tend to be handled like this. I do hope she is reprimanded for her actions."
