"Extremely poor customer service and work. Dropped off a glock 19 with screws that broke in MOS. Tim said he could "drill them out" but all he did was make the problem worse by not using the proper screw extractor kit, along with extremely poor work he has communication skills to match it. And to top it off he still charged me $65 bucks for literally doing nothing, except making the problem worse. The gun was fixable before tim got his hands on it, but now is damaged beyond repair. ANY other option, is better than bringing it here. 2 pics attached before and after."

He did things replacing my gas block I wouldn't have thought to do to increase longevity, and permanence of the work. Thanks!"
