"Paul was great to work with. This was my first time visiting the store and I explained that I needed to update my very old mountain bike. Paul walked me through all the options and there was no high pressure whatsoever. After I decided on the model that best suited my personal needs we went through the color options available and I was able to make a super easy no hassle purchase. Coming from a 90's era Everest Quest to a modern TREK, my only regret was not visiting Paul's shop sooner. I've done a fair share of adventure races with my old bike not realizing I was taking a knife into a gun fight. This new TREK was so much fun to ride I couldn't help doing a 20 mile ride immediately after the purchase. It's just plush and super comfortable, I know can easily do the Goodwater Loop around the lake with plenty of comfort now. Best part is that Paul said to bring the bike back after 25 hours of use to get a complementary tune up! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped correct me when I was loading the bike into my truck to be careful not to bump the derailleur. I would give 6 stars if that were possible... thanks Paul"
