"I ran in with my 5year old looking for lined leggings for her costume, because it’s freezing. The associate “ballerina” came back with little sparkle flats “to complete the look” so now, not only did we leave without leggings( cause they didn’t have them) I left with a 5 year old in tears cause she wanted shoes! :( I just spent over $100 there a week ago including pink boots she didn’t need/ and out of budget for a single parent but I bought because she fell in love - your selling tactics are Just inconsiderate and not helpful. You are the reason I don’t feel comfortable taking my child shopping with me"
"Worst customer service I’ve experience. Will not be coming back to this location. Lauren at the register was extremely rude. She’s was annoyed to assist me with my return and barely helpful. As someone who also works in customer service she set a great example of how not to treat customers."
