"I got in day of to have my hair matched as close to my roots as possible having nearly 10 months of regrowth. I started with a medium/dark auburn. Anna did a color remover and got my hair close to my natural level 6/7 hair. It was definitely close to my base color but still a warm tone. She then did a dye that turned my hair into a level 3. Almost black. Not the light brown I’d come in for and was told was achievable. When my hair was looking dark during the drying I told Anna it looked way too dark and she said it was darker than she expected but that it would wash out. I asked her how long that would take and she said it depends on how much I wash it but to double wash. Okay. I was trying so hard to keep calm and not cry. The only reason I didn’t cry was because she told me it’s not permanent dye and the girl who put tinsel in my hair did a good job. Now I’m trying to do a DIY color remover shampoo at home after paying over $100 for a dye that is darker than what I even started with."

"Even while under construction due to a water issue they were open, friendly and efficient. Our stylist did a great job and their online reservation process was quick and easy. Their communication before and after was on point. Highly recommended and will be returning. Prices were very reasonable as well."
