"Not a great experience at all. The store manager refused to return a product I was unsatisfied with. A minuscule amount of the paste was used from the bucket. I had to stir and try to thin the product because it was so thick it was not able to be applied even with a putty knife. I attempted to return the product and she told me That maybe if I was a more experienced I’d know how to use it, I have been a contractor for 15 years, so I don’t feel that my experience level was the reason the product didn’t apply properly. She also told me she was there when the product was purchased which is not true, because the employees had to call another store to get answers from a manager to answer my questions. And on a follow up visit to the store I heard this same manager speaking to other employees about if they received negative scores on internal business checks, and it was the other bad employees fault that their store wasn’t doing well. Every other employee I have encountered there was friendly and competent, but I will go out of my way to avoid this store because of this manager in particular. I do hope this manager is spoken to and reprimanded properly. It’s really terrible for the whole store to have their leader be a person of this caliber."
"Good paint. Very knowledgeable staff who are very friendly, helpful, and patient. I was unsure of what color I wanted and kept changing my mind, which I know drive anyone crazy. But the staff there was very understanding and help me out as best as possible. Often have great deals."
"They have helpful staff both for design/color selection and for the technical side of painting. Easier to shop than a big box store. Paint quality is very fine; price extra good on sale, which happens often."
"When I need something small to laying out the colors and wallpaper for a complete job this is where I go. The staff are knowledgeable and take there time to provide quality customer service! I wish more business's would get back to the basics of customer service."
