"We found Naperville Shoe through a Google search. My son's leather Timberland boots needed some serious TLC, including sole repair. They not only glued the sole back on, but stitched it to the toe. Excellent work, very fair pricing. Will definitely be returning."

"Zipper was coming undone from my clarinet case and the case was pretty much unusable. Every other shop I took it to said they'd have to replace the whole zipper and it would be expensive. Pete said the zipper could be re attached and his price was great. Can't even tell the repair was done and it has held up strongly for 2 years and counting."

"My husband and I came here after seeing reviews and we were not disappointed! My husband and I went out to dinner and he wore his brand new leather jacket that we recently purchased on our trip to Italy. We didn't notice till later in the evening that there was a massive stain on the back from someone spilling what we believed to be some kind of oil. We brought the coat to Naperville Shoe, luggage and tailors. He cleaned and repaired the jacket to make it look brand new. We definitely thought it was a lost cause and were so happy with the results. They we so kind, professional and have excellent service. Also very reasonable in price for the workmanship that is put into each project. They also repaired my husband's Burks to fix them brand new! So appreciative of their hard work!"

"I really wish I would have taken the before shore to post too. These are my timberland earth keepers and they are about 20 years old. I stripped the deck in the summer and used these boots. They were pretty beaten from the chemicals used to strip the stain and were in need of new souls/soles. Man. These guys do great work. They got all the stain and stripper off and gave them back to me looking almost new. They are 20 years old, sorry had to repeat that. So I gave them a nice traditional mink oil treatment and now they look new. I am so happy. So if you have any doubt about old friends and of you should keep them and have them worked on or toss them, keep them! Let these guys work on them and you won’t be let down. A Thanks guys! You are awesome."
