"I’ve been shopping here for close to 20 years. It’s been my go to place for everything from casual to dress, for personal and for gifts. I have always been happy with my experience when shopping here as the employees have been helpful and warm. Yesterday, I went in to return a few items that didn’t fit as I had placed an online order for them. I was also looking to exchange a couple tops I received as gifts. There was no gift receipt. I’m sure just as I’ve done before, forgotten to get a gift receipt, and so did the gift giver. The manager of the store said there was nothing they could do without a receipt. I said that they used to and she replied that was before the influx of theft. I was stunned. I felt like she was saying I had stolen the tops. All is was looking for was store credit, not cash back. I am calling corporate about this and will no longer shop at this WHBM."
