"Always love this place. Excellent customer service. Can find some really unique things and sometimes they'll even take something off the shelf to purchase it and there will be a clearance tag on it. I love that little surprise."

"I wasn't impressed with Nordstrom Rack. I went shopping at Nordstrom Rack and I was not impressed. The prices here were sky high. I initially went for a backpack. Backpacks like the ones you can get at Walmart were $99.00 here. Others were $129.00 to $189.00. I tried to find something to purchase and I left disappointed and empty handed."

"I am so sick of ordering online and being sent something that is nothing like what I ordered. Today I thought my package would be a green top instead I got striped shorts in a very small size. I contacted CS and instead of apologizing and refunding me or sending the shirt I ordered, they sent me a receipt to return the item to a store and then told me to reorder the correct shirt. They do this just to get you to spend more at the store. Never again will I order online from Nordstrom Rack. And I doubt I'll shop the store anymore either. Overpriced and limited selection in my size. The line is always slow."

"Went here for a dress for my daughter who has a graduation party next weekend for a friend. Great selection with prices you can't beat. Employees were friendly and checkout line moved quickly."

"I can always find something here for "me". The merchandise is trendy and a great value, making Nordstrom Rack the place to shop for clothing, gloves, purses, shoes, grooming items, cosmetics, and small gifts. Lots of items geared towards kids, teens, and young adults making it a very popular store. Currently they are also selling a few holiday decorations such as small decorative Christmas trees and ornaments. The parking lot here is convenient and it is easy to find an open space, unless you shop on weekends. A great place to quickly pop in while running errands!"
