"Champs decided to set up a line for customers to only allow a few to enter at a time. I understand being fair and not allowing cuts but I had to run my baby to change him real quick. My family was already inside picking out shoes mind you I’m paying for the purchase. I asked if I could go in to help them and the manager was extremely rude telling me I wasn’t special and to get back in line. He was very combative and when I asked for a manager he laughed and said I am the manager so whats your problem. Then he was mad because I was standing at the entry way with my crying baby who just wanted his brothers. Another man who I was not with was asking about the line and he was extremely rude to him as well and not giving definite answers and told him that’s just how it is. They started cussing at each other and the manager actually tried to fight the other customer. Champs is this how you want your employees to act? Being extremely rude, combative, cussing customers out and trying to fight them? Will never return!"

"Disrespectful workers that don’t seem like they want to help the customer out. I tried to return a shoe before the 45 days return policy and they said,”they probably won’t take them!” It hasn’t even been 45 days yet and this is not the first time. I recommend going to any other shoe place. Right as I was leaving very unsatisfied, he made a comment that was just upset me. “I recommend not buying bricks” please don’t ever go to this place!"

"Great customer service. The staff was very friendly. I had a return that went smooth Jada assisted me with no issues at all. I will admit I thought I would have an issue because the item was purchased online during the mall closure. I bought another pair of shoes I had to return to kids footlocker purchased on the same Day. I returned to Kids footlocker in July, kids footlocker gave me all push back and didn’t want to give me my money back due to the time frame of the return. Thanks Champs and Jada for making my visit today seamless. I will most definitely return to this location for that alone."
