"I reached out and they offered a refund, they weren’t willing to do an exchange or ANYTHING! First time shopper online with them, I would strongly suggest using someone else if possible. Absolutely horrible, and unreasonable customer service."
"I'd give a negative 5 if I could. Went in twice today. The first time my husband found a shirt, he wanted to know the correct price as two of the same shirts had different prices. The two rude women working there pretty much ignored him. He asked what the price was and they kept mumbling something or other. They proceeded to help a other man who walked up and interrupted him. So he put the shirt back and we left. Did more shopping elsewhere and came back a couple hours later to inquire about the shirt again only to be rudely ignored once again. We will take our business elsewhere. No customer service at all. Place looks like a discount Piggly Wiggly anyhow."
"I was about to buy clothing from this store, and one lady there yelled “we going on break”. All of the employees at the same time while I’m holding clothes in hand. One of them was just staring at me, so I asked her did I need to come back? She was like yes bc they going on break, so I left I don’t plan on coming back."
"Listen.....spend your money else where. I am disgusted at the lack of "customer service" they display. The lady helping us was rude and had a nasty attitude. Not sure who the manager is, but the way this store is ran is a absolute disgrace. never SHOP HERE, YOULL BE BETTER SHOPPING AT YOUR LOCAL GOODWILL. :)"
