"Front desk service staff great customer service my biggest concern was the fact that I didn't get three hubcaps back which I will go back in to get and look at the cameras two the bathroom was very disgusting I asked for it to be clean but the gentleman acted like he didn't care so I cleaned it myself by the time he came back I told him I clean the bathroom and I didn't need to use the restroom anymore longer all he had to do is mop the floor mirror sparkly clean"

"I dropped my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. Normally, I wait there for my car, which is something I indicated when setting up the appointment. When I got there, I was asked if I could leave the car there. Ok, I thought, not what I expected. They sent me a status report saying they couldn't rotate my tires because I needed to purchase new tires and that my tie rod ends were loose. My problem is this. When I was driving my car away from the store. My front end was acting in a way that it wasn't when I dropped it off. Now it is shaking when I applied the brakes it didn't have that issue when I dropped it off. I am not exactly sure of this. But I know I won't go back there, and also, I've taken my car there for oil changes and tire rotation before and what I noticed in my carfax report. Each time they have stated, they rotated the tires, and they never have!"

"Very poorly run. I stood in the lobby waiting for assistance for 20 minutes before I was even seen. No one else was waiting. No apologies for the wait either. My truck service engine light came on and since they are close by I took it there to save time instead of my regular mechanic. I was told it needed a diagnostic test but the guy who works there has the computer and isn't in today. Told me he'd be in the next day. I left the truck there and gave him the keys and did the paper work. Called the next day and they told me the truck wouldn't start so I needed a new battery on top of the other work to be done. Long story short, with battery and fixing the service light the bill would be close to $600. I instantly thought this was a sham. I have a newer battery that always starts everyday. They must have left lights or door open when they moved it in overnight. I said never mind and took it to my regular mechanic (Diversey New England Auto). Said my battery was fine and charged me $56 bucks to replace a sensor. Problem fixed and $530 dollars saved. Tell me something ain't fishy with that kind price gouging. Too bad, nice location but lost my trust and a potential customer after that. Beware!"

"The staff is cool, but this place is VERY pricey for the most simplest things. First time I went they charged me nearly 500 just for front brake pads and rotors. I only went to them because they are literally down the street from where I stay. What drew the line for me is the 2nd time I went to them for a tire changed the guy at the desk told me it was going to be about 5hrs but since I had time and stayed down the street I just left the car there. The guy calls me back less than an hr when he Clearly said 5hrs for a 30min job. Telling me he had to order my tire and priced me at $356 just to replace ONE TIRE? so I asked do they have any used ones. Then he said cheapest they got is 256. Still entirely TOO much for one damn tire. So I declined and told them just throw the spare on. I picked up my car and went to some Mexican shop near me.. they do it for only 65 took less than 30mins. Saved time and LOTS of money that day"

"Very rude and unprofessional. I go to this shop just because it's a block away from my place and I have a miserable experience each time. The guy at the front desk has an aggressive attitude for no reason and he ripped off the protective cover underneath the car. Also, they always try to add expensive services for no reason. Please be careful this shop is really bad!"
