"I purchased a custom overcoat from them and when I wore it the first time, the buttons came off. I brought it to the store at the Bristol Ren Fair and they happily put them back on for me. They also informed me that the seamstress that did the over coat no longer works for them as they produced a few products that had failed and apologized for it. Additionally, they helped my fiancée when I accidentally tied her corset incorrectly. They had her sit down and untied it and let her sit for a bit to catch her breath. They then brought me over and showed me the proper way to tie it and even gave me the link to their YouTube video on how to do it incase, more like when, I forget."
"My husband and I purchased costumes while visiting the Renaissance Fair in Bristol. They didn't have my husband's size for the overcoat to his costume, so they said they would make one in his size. My husband tried on a large overcoat in a different style and it fit perfectly, so we ordered the one we wanted in a size large after they said it would fit the exact same. When it arrived, the fit was laughably bad. Gigantic folds of extra fabric were visible all over especially at the arm holes, and ironically the arm holes were way too tight! It looks ridiculous. We paid over $1000 for our costumes so naturally we assumed they would fix it. Not so!! The owner totally blew us off and other than her first response refusing to give us her phone number to discuss the problem, failed to respond to our subsequent emails. Total ripoff!!!"
