"The man who works here had my fiance's car for over a year. He appeared to be screening his calls since he wouldn't answer when my fiance called from his phone and would answer when he called from my phone. When we finally showed up to pick up the car, he wasn't even there. He just left the keys in the ignition with the windows rolled down. Not to mention his phone and internet service had been down. Do not go here unless you want unreliable and ignorant service."

"They don't even deserve the one star I had to give them just to post this review!!! My husband and I took a trailer rim to them minis the tire because it had shredded off this was on a Thursday with being told I will have a new tire by 9 am Friday for $65 dollars you'll be set to go. Well Friday came no word on our tire, so I called before 1 pm Casey told me they sent the wrong tire and he was having the correct one sent by 1 pm in the next delivery.. So "He" would call when our tire was done. Neglected to tell us their no open on Saturday so when I didn't hear back from him Friday I attempted to call Saturday no answer bc their NOT OPEN!! THEN come Monday morning I still haven't heard from Casey so I call him and our trailer rim STILL DOESNT HAVE A TIRE ON IT because HE forgot to put it on Friday when it came in. Here I sit Thursday a damned WEEK later and still don't have MY rim and a new tire! I will be going to collect my rim tomorrow and he can eat the cost of whatever tire he ordered! Our family is new to the area and I will spread word "Casey" has horrible business manners. May I add the afternoon we dropped the rim off it was about 1pm and he had a "Natty Light" in a cozzie eating lunch... That's real business like"

"Highly unorganized and they do not communicate with the customers well. My dad has used their service and hadn't had an issue. My niece is using their service now and granted it's the holidays, so I've been cool as a cucumber with them.. but she has spent $800 so far with a promise that other things will get fixed soon. Her car has been there for 2 weeks now. Last week I went there and Casey had a beer in hand at 4:15. "I asked when can we get an estimate on time for the fix.? He proceeded to tell me what they were going to do. I said, "I got the gist the first time the mechanic told me" Casey then proceeded to make a point to tell me, " I know you don't know what I'm talking about". I added again with the statement," I got the gist". He said, "I'll call you" then proceeded to write my name on a stack of papers. I've still been so damn cool with them, but I have no idea why they are so damn unorganized. Give me some answers on when you can get to the car or say, "I can't handle it, best go to a more professional shop." Obviously they arent going to say that, but dang. Throw me a friggin' bone here."

"My husband was hit on his motorcycle on Old 21 on October 22, 2016. These guys, who don't even know us, ran out, stopped traffic, blocked him by putting their tow truck across the road to help. They called 911 and managed the scene until MSHP and ambulance could get there. These guys were amazing. They towed the bike out of the road, stored it, and now are going to tow it to the bike shop for us. Genuinely grateful for their efforts.They will get all of my business from now on. Thank you."
