"Don’t bother asking for a time frame for your vehicle because they don’t know. If you drop off you will be the last priority even if you have an appointment. Drop off and show up before your vehicle is ready? Make sure you tell the entire service department because only telling one isn’t going to get you anything but the waiting room. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change… but my car was “ready” even though they didn’t bother to call Poor management and it’s glaring"
