"I received a shipment the other day, I was missing 1000 rounds of 9 mm, I called Customer Service spoke to a girl name Ashley she told me I would have to have video surveillance footage that the UPS driver did not deliver the package. She said it showed that it was delivered, I try to explain to her that it was not delivered, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said only thing she can do was to contact UPS and have them research it since it was showing all packages were delivered. So the next day UPS driver delivered the other thousand rounds of 9 mm and said it was loaded on a another truck is the reason I did not get it, I have called back to speak to the supervisor and left messages several times and even tried to speak to the owner And can I get anyone to call me back. I have been dealing with them almost 20 years I have never been treated this way before. My sales rep Mandy is great customer service and supervisor and the owner needs improvement. Very poor customer service."
