"Worst customer service. In July my debit card was stolen and I forgot to update it with Prodigy I got a call from the lady that works there and explained the circumstances she said she was unable to waive the fee so I paid the bill with the fee and updated my Debit Card info payment went through. Today I call November realizing that my payment for my insurance have not been taken out I call and the same lady said my Debit Card didn't go through and that my coverage was cancelled !! When I asked her why wasn't I called she said I got a notice in the mail which I did not receive she also said she might of called me . Might of ? Poor customer service DO NOT GO HERE."
"I have received a mailer offering a quote service for auto policy from this agency. I have several carriers for multiple policies so I always like to shop for a competitive quote from a new agency/carrier. I emailed this agency with the standard information regarding my vehicle that is always used to provide a quote. I then got request for more information, and once I provided that I was told that I needed to verify identifies of third parties AFTER I CLARIFIED THAT I AM THE ONLY DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION. I was declined a quote once I refused to share identities of THIRD PARTIES WHOM I NOTED ARE NOT DRIVERS of the vehicle in questions. I was lied to and told that quote cannot be provided "by the system" unless i get into identities of individuals who ONCE AGAIN are in no way related to the vehicle. PLEASE BEWARE of this Agency which is trying to elicit sensitive identity information regarding third parties not related to the requests for quote."
