"Customer service is always great"
"Not the best State Farm branch for customer service. When I registered one of my vehicles in the state I called this branch because it was the same insurance company I had in Minnesota. Since I hadn't sold my home yet, not all of my vehicles had transferred over. Sasha told me she was unsure she could help me because I didn't initially give them the business of all of my vehicles, she said she had to check. What difference does it make if I give you one vehicle or three? This should have been my first clue. Don't expect an explanation for discrepancies billing or the courtesy of a response to correspondence. I decided I didn't like their customer service, so I switched. When I switched, no one asked me why, it was as if they could care less about losing my business. This experience has taught me that not all State Farm agencies are created equal. My State Farm agent in Minnesota (Jana Narwocki) was the best, they offered excellent customer service. I definitely would not recommend Wayne Weigelt's State Farm agency in Buda. I've been a State Farm customer since 1995 and it is this branch that caused me to leave."
