They talked on the phone with me for about 35 minutes to help me figure out what I needed and listened to my situation before recommending anything. "I've wanted to get into thermal Predator Hunting for a while. After listening to a Podcast (Last Breath Hunt Cast) with Jamie I gave him a call. After emailing and talking to Jamie a couple of times I met with him today. Jamie is very knowledgeable on several thermal scopes. He explained the differences in detail of the 2 scopes that I was interested in and then he showed me the differences with demo scopes. If you are thinking about getting into thermal hunting you definitely need to contact Jamie. I highly recommend them. Their Customer Service is AWESOME."
