Please save your money and look elsewhere. They have a lot of bad reviews for a reason too. One of my friends car got hit from a guy that had Falcon Insurance and after so many years Falcon has not helped her with any cent what's so ever to recompense for her total loss car. Other people I know as well as my mother have just had a horrible experience here. One star review is too high of what poor service it is."
