"Very rude and unprofessional! They will not return calls and practically call you (the customer) a liar when to state you left multiple voicemails. Bad goes to worse when they find out you want to cancel your policy. Newsflash you're not the only insurance agent in the state of Texas. When you have an accident on your policy do not look for them for guidance. they will not walk you through the claim process whatsoever. What a shame, being in an accident was bad enough. Then having to deal with them was almost just so bad. Beware"
