"Made a service request in October for broken pool heater, Tommys son showed up, stuck his hand in the water and stated that’s cold and they’d get back with me. After two months of phone calls and text messages to Tommy I’ve yet to get a return call. They’ll take the service request fee but the service stops there!"
"American Home Shield sent out Miramar Pool Company to fix filter pump on our pool. We had numerous other issues that were not working ... chlorinator, check valve, pressure/circulation problems and sand filter issues. Tommy and his son Mason came and evaluated all the issues. They were able to get us a brand new pump, check valve, they changed the sand and solved all the pressure/circulation issues. They were helpful in answering all our questions and addressing all the issues. Our pool runs like it did when it was new. The previous company that was sent out twice to address all these issues said they did but lied and did very little to nothing. It's been so refreshing to deal with a friendly honest company that does what they say they will do. It's hard to find that these days. Only reason they got 5 stars is because the were not more stars to give. Thanks guys for an incredible job."
