"I purchased my first EV, used, and wanted to get it checked out for maintenance and any needs. I found Omni Golf Carts and from the first conversation I knew they were the best! Dawn was so hospitable on the phone and so helpful in guiding me through their process. I was able to drop off on a Saturday, a day they are officially closed, but she allowed it regardless as it was convenient for me. Meeting Dawn and Brian, they walked me through the services they were going to perform and they would keep me updated. They stayed in touch letting me know the findings and items that needed attention. Speaking with Marcy, she discussed items that needed attention today and other items that could wait until next year's annual maintenance visit. They could have easily said change it all now and I would have. I believe it is the sign of a great business when they have the customer's best interest first. Omni Golf Carts does without question! My EV, which is a hunting vehicle, performed incredibly well this weekend after their work and I'm overly pleased with the results! They are very meticulous, patient and helpful with their guests. Marcy explained everything we should do during the year so we can run at peak performance. I was grateful for the time she took to explain. Brian gave us good insights as well, even ideas on hauling it back to our property for a safe trip. Marcy and Dawn said to text them at any time with questions or concerns. "They are awesome picked up our golf cart repaired it properly since we had brought it used n didn’t know what to expect. Great price n excellent service we will recommend them to our friends for service on their gol carts n we will continue to use them. When they delivered back after the repairs the gentleman explained everything that they did n left his card and if we needed anything to call him awesome guy also."

"I was looking for sweater basket brackets for an EZ-GO RXV. I called everywhere even EZ-GO corporate. The only person that could help me was Paul from Omni Golf carts. Apparently no one ever keeps those brackets after replacing the basket with a back seat. I was putting the basket back on. Paul took the time to look for parts that are not part of his inventory and threw in some other parts I needed for a very fair price. Omni Golf are the nicest people I've had the pleasure of doing business with and I won't hesitate for my next custom golf cart needs! Thank you Paul/Omni!"
