"Never in my life did I think I'd ever face this particular issue. As if 2020 couldn't be difficult enough, it decided to give me one last parting gift. I lost my brother to cancer on December 5th and that was enough to deal with. While the family gathered and attending the memorial service for his passing, thieves decided that my vehicle was something that needed to be added to their collection. We came out of the service to find that my vehicle had been stolen! Feeling mentally exhausted at the time, I put the call into Brian directly and he took care of everything for me. First thing he offered was to come and pick me and my family up to give us a ride! We didn't need it but he still offered because that's the type of person he is. He filed the claim for me the following day after we realized we weren't going to get anywhere with authorities, and really took all the pressure off of me trying to figure out what do to. After the 14 day waiting period to full determine that me vehicle was in fact and total loss, the insurance company swiftly handled all necessary steps to make sure I was compensated more than fairly and quickly. Dealing with such a poor circumstance, it was a huge relief to have someone like Brian in my corner helping me with the difficulties in handling all the paperwork and steps to finish this process. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE COVERAGE LIKE THIS!!!!! I was able to get another vehicle, get it covered and have my stolen one all wrapped up in a matter of days.
