The Chill Brothers

"I’m a disabled former Detective/Sergeant of the Sheriff’s Department in Harris County, Texas where Houston is located. I live on the North side of the County near Spring, Texas and the location of a Chill Bros. Air Conditioning. My house turned about ;40 years old and still had the original heating and cooling unit in the attic. I have the care of my mentally and physically disabled brother. So I’m financially limited. I have a partial retirement and Social Security to live on.The Chill Brothers had contacted me on a couple of occasions offering their services but at that time I didn’t need them. But then the air conditioning quit. Before I had a chance to start looking for a service company, as if they knew somehow, I received a call from Doug Walker of the Spring Chill Bros. After becoming disabled I went through a divorce and fought to keep my house but to do so I had to give her her equity. She had bought a lot of things for her new life on our credit cards so I got shouldered with both my half and her half of the debt responsibility in the equity exchange. It ruined my credit and restricted me financially. I had no idea how I could afford to fix my air conditioning . I had already bought a window unit for the living room. Doug came over, got in the attic and looked at the old system then came down to talk with me. I can’t put into words properly what happened next. He said not to worry. They would make it happen. They would find a solution I could afford and they would get me financed. I don’t know what magic Doug Walker did, but he came back a couple days later and had a system for me with a price I could not believe for a whole new system inside and outside. Then he had me get in contact with their finance company and honestly I was expecting to be denied. But Doug told me to have some faith that they had this. Doug is a Christian and at one point when I was worried about the whole thing, Doug prayed with my Brother and I. Where on Earth do You get this kind of treatment and Service??? As he had assured me, the financing was approved and affordable. A couple of days later I had a whole new system up and running right before winter came. The cost of the system was unbelievable and the Service before through Doug and then the installation and follow up like I said were unbelievable. I cannot recommend Chill Bros. Of Spring enough. If you have Air Conditioning or Heating issues, these are definitely the go to Company. Call and ask for Doug Walker, he works magic."
