"I recently purchased my first home from First America Homes. Vivian and Kevin were both very delightful to work with. Vivian the sales consultant addressed all questions and concerns promptly. Kevin the Lead Construction Manager was very detailed oriented and knowledgeable. During the first walk through he was very willing to address the issues found. He promptly and efficiently ensured that everything was addressed very smoothly and without delay. He fixed everything in less than a week turnaround and I was able to close very promptly. He is very friendly and always available to answer any questions even post-closing as the home comes with a great warranty.
