On the day of installation I was unable to meet at the agreed time due to an unexpected work meeting. I contacted the office and they adjusted the time for installation. Lee the service technician arrived on time reviewed with me the request for service, presented all the necessary materials. Lee was careful not to bring debris into my home wearing booties over his shoes. Lee began and finished the installation within 2 +hours. Lee walked with me to inspect the installation asked if I had questions and was I satisfied with the installation. Lee was competent and customer focused during the time of installation.
