"I called and explained my problem. (Sometimes, when the door closes, there is a 1/2 gap on one side of the door) I was told company fixes and replaces the garage door. I reiterated with company that I only want the door to be fixed and not trying to get a new door and opener, etc. I didn’t want someone to come here if they were trying to sell me a new product. I was told, I will be charged a $29.99 for service fee. If I do not follow through with the recommendation. No problem. Technician came and told me my door is old and loud and needs to replaced (the door, garage door opener, etc. $1400 + $1100.) I said no. He said $49.99 service fee. I told him $29.99 is what I was told. He said $39.99. I said no. $29.99. Paid him cash and he left."
