"Just spoke to a female at this location. Did not give her name when answering the phone. Unprofessional to begin with. They only offer a 1500, or 2000 deductible. Then want to charge you for fees to even start your insurance, and only offer a 6 month policy. You have to your car in the Fred Loya office for them to inspect your vehicle first and tad pictures of your vehicle. Very Shystie does not sound legal at all whatsoever."

"Borderline illegal activities happening here, let’s hope your car doesn’t get hit by anyone dealing with Fred Loya. They will make it near impossible to file a claim with the. 2 months later and they refuse to do anything. Beware, very shady business not just in this location but everywhere."

"This place is terrible if you want to cancel your service good luck. You have to be tethered to an office to do anything. They withdraw your money a week before your due date, they told me it's because they said it takes awhile to draw out the money. However that isn't true since when it was debited it went straight away and I was in the negative. My word of advice find another company."
