"Found one of our door handles are not at the same level (malalignment), so it cannot close; the doors themselves have good alignment. I reported this situation to Toll Brothers' maitenance service but they said it is because of settlement. If the doors have good alignment, just the handles are not at the same level, how can this be caused by settlement? It is obviously they did not build correctly. They sold the house to me, and the post sell service is just terrible because they do not care any more."
"UPDATE: It’s interesting to see the same floor plans offered 2 years ago (and the same poor quality) are now somehow worth over $1M more… They take your money and don’t care!! Be warned! UPDATE: They responded on here to contact them to discuss why I was not satisfied. They never returned my email. They don't actually care! My experience with Toll Bros was horrible. I do NOT recommend them. You are not getting what you pay for, especially since the entry cost has MORE THAN DOUBLED since we bought. They were half a year late on delivery, so don't plan your life around what they say. Everyone in my area of the neighborhood I have talked to has had nothing but problems. So 35-40 warranty tickets. Their work is horrible; all subcontracted out. So if they mess up and tell the subcontractor something wrong, the poor subcontractor has to eat the cost. NOTHING about this process has been worth the price. If you choose not to listen to my warning, DO NOT be the one of the early ones to buy in a subdivision (apparently they are now opening sections 5 and 6)! You will be listening to loud music from the construction around you at ALL HOURS (latest I've dealt with it was midnight, earliest was 5:15am). They don't care once they have your money. STAY AWAY!!"

"This Town Lake development is beautiful. We looked at many before deciding to purchase with Toll Brothers at Town Lake. Chris Sahualla, the sales manager, at this Toll Brothers location had been fantastic. We are from out of town and buying in Flower Mound and he has made the experience flawless for us. He does a 100 different jobs daily, but always manages to address our needs and assure us in our new build."
