"It is nice to reward places with 5 stars. So many changes to Walmart that makes shopping there a miserable experience. I am the last one in my family to shop there. My son and my wife drive past this place just to avoid this store. The entrance to the store and self checkout lanes collide with each other. The isles are blocked by delivery shoppers and their carts. The exit is backed up by employees checking to make sure you checked your items properly. And today's experience was dealing with a rude checker. Nobody in the store seems to care at all. I really wish either it was different or the competition would show up across the street. I am sure my complaint to management will go unheard as if the customers are the problem."

"This is the worst Walmart delivery store I have ever used! They send expired and damaged “so called” fresh fruit. My latest delivery, every fruit was poor quality. Two watermelons which were molded and not to order, molding citrus fruit package, poor quality oranges, brown old bananas were over $20 of wasted money. I was not able to get $8 returned because… On top of that they wanted me to return the watermelons to the store when The service says free return pick up. I took pictures and eventually one of the molded watermelons completely disintegrated and collapsed within a few days before I could return them. I was so disgusted, took the attached picture and threw threw them out. So now I’m out $8 dollars. To expect me to physically return disgusting produce that was delivered and supposed to be picked up if something is wrong, is bad business! Also, this wasn’t the only thing wrong. Two products I paid for, were not delivered. I recommend customers not order for delivery from this location."

"Best place. Ample stock. Enough parking. However I went to buy hotwheels Few racks were empty I don't know is it supposed to be like that or they didn't refill the stock for some cars."

"Having frequented the Walmart Supercenter in Crossroads, TX both during the pandemic and recently, I have witnessed a notable shift in the overall shopping experience. While the store struggled to meet expectations during the height of the pandemic, it is slowly making improvements and moving towards a better state. During the pandemic, the Walmart Supercenter in Crossroads, TX faced numerous challenges that affected the overall customer experience. Shelves were frequently empty, and essential items such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and hand sanitizers were consistently out of stock. This led to frustration among shoppers who were already grappling with the stress of the pandemic. Additionally, the store's implementation of safety protocols, such as social distancing measures and mask enforcement, was inconsistent and often inadequate. It created an atmosphere of uncertainty and concern for many customers. However, in recent months, the situation at the Walmart Supercenter seems to have improved. The shelves are now adequately stocked, and finding everyday items is no longer a frustrating scavenger hunt. These changes have contributed to a more reassuring shopping environment. Despite these improvements, some areas still require attention. The store's cleanliness standards could be better maintained, as I have noticed occasional spills or unattended messes that can detract from the shopping experience. Additionally, the customer service at this particular Walmart Supercenter has been inconsistent. While some employees are helpful and friendly, others seem disengaged and uninterested in assisting customers. This inconsistency leaves room for improvement in staff training and customer service protocols. One aspect worth commending is the store's convenience factor. Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of products, from groceries to household items, all under one roof. The availability of a pharmacy, a bank, and a garden center further enhances the convenience factor for shoppers. The spacious parking lot is also a plus, providing ample parking spaces even during peak hours. In conclusion, while the Walmart Supercenter in Crossroads, TX faced significant challenges during the pandemic, it has gradually improved the shopping experience. Stock levels have stabilized, safety measures have been strengthened, and the convenience factor remains a highlight. However, there is still room for further improvements in areas such as cleanliness and customer service. With continued efforts, this Walmart Supercenter has the potential to provide a more consistent and satisfying shopping experience for its customers"
