"Their pickup really sucks. They won't pick up my calls, and when I finally do get checked in, it's at least half an hour before they get me my stuff. Hate having to go here for groceries."

"I gave 4 stars because most employees are helpful and do the best they can to help. But I do have to say the manager that was there today February 16 2024 Friday he was a younger male he says he is a store manager he is not friendly and could care less about helping a customer.But somehow has the energy to talk on his phone with someone having fun. Retail is hard a takes a certain type of person. One who cares about helping customers and not looking at them as they are a burden.Justneeds to be better training of your managers . But I love the store otherwise."

"First of all, there was a hostile woman who did not speak English cleaning the bathrooms. I checked on her at one hour then I checked on her at two hours, and she started yelling at me in Spanish, so God knows what she was doing in there. Then I got the amount that I wanted to get although the lines that they had We’re self check out very few of them were active. They cut off two lines completely so that they could restock gum. I would say the self checkout thing is not working very well if you can Even get that to work. All in all, it’s starting to become a hostile place to shop."

"First off I would like to start by thanking Christopher in the produce department. My girlfriend and I were in there shopping the day before Thanksgiving and couldn’t find an item. He went out of his way to take us straight to the item. I applaud you for being so kind and taking the time when the store is wall to wall packed. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Second, ever since the remodel this store has easily became my favorite to shop at."

"Why do you assume an employee is part of someone else stealing? Because they are both black? Just because they are both black doesn't mean #1 they know each, #2 they talk outside of work, #3 they hang out outside of work. You can't just assume an employee is part of someone else stealing because they are the same race. You didn't have him on camera stealing, you didn't see him walk out of the store with anything either. Whoever AP is who went up to him shouldn't automatically assume oh your both black so you know each other. SMH! Why did this employee who didn't steal work an entire shift then fired him? If he was a person who was stealing etc you should have done it before hand. Also why would an employee who didn't steal be fired before the one who walked out your front entrance with unfolded boxes over a PS5? Why did the employee who didn't steal, that you fired DID in fact tell someone think her name was Janice that the other employee was talking about stealing it???? Where is your AP host that stops literally everyone asking for their receipt at? Did they get fired for not stopping him? Looks like there is a lot of failure at this location upon multiple people. The one who did speak up still got fired!!! Why?? Being black and working around another black man? Assuming? Get it together!!! He definitely needs an apology. Whoever the racist AP is, needs to be fired! Yall over all need to do better."
