"Worst possible experience with Sue Stolte, the adjuster assigned to my claim. Sue took it upon herself to terminate my vehicle rental a week before my truck was ready. She did this without speaking to the shop to confirm it was ready. She also didn’t have any communication with me until the day before the rental was due. After calling literally 7 times in 2 days I was finally able to get ahold of Sue to tell her my truck would not be ready till the following week. When expressing my concerns to her about the fact she was going to leave me without a vehicle, which I use for work as well as personal, for a week. Sue had no type of remorse or accountability. Her response was “I did my job”, “it’s not my fault”, “I don’t have to listen to this”, and then hung up. Unfortunately I could not get ahold of her manager, Steve Walraven. I called twice, left a voicemail, and emailed him. It’s been a week and he has still yet to reach out to me. Overall a horrible experience with the company in general."
