"Horrible service. Worked with Maria she was great and responsive but after she left it was all down hill from there. Never bothered them at all no accidents or claims. But when my bill skyrocketed $220 a month I called and Jennifer told me she would reach out to try and see what she can do. 10 days later she never called. Went with Allstate and cancelled with this sorry Farmers representative. Y’all take your money elsewhere they’ll “call you back” and you’ll be waiting forever."

"I LOVE THIS WOMAN! Finally got by to see her last month and what a really neat person she was. And it didn't take long at all to see her! I knew she had been in the business for a while and my first thought was that I'd be there all day. (It's insurance. NOT that exciting.) But her husband was there too (a cool dude in his own right) and was very helpful too. Answered all my questions, made GREAT suggestions that panned out really well, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Headed back for more financial "stuff" next week.
