"Former salesperson for this company. Terrible experience to say the least. Chris refused to pay me my commission which is money I earned from selling.I also put my own policy with his company to make his business 21k instead of 11k for that month and he refused to pay me $500 in commission. If he does that to his own employees, imagine what he does to his customers. Allstate refuses to hold him accountable so I’m left with writing a review."

"I told myself I was never going back to Allstate due to some horrible experiences with a roof claim and auto accident claim. I jumped ship and went to Farmer's but then Via Hinton-Ramon reached out to me to give this new agent a chance. Not only did Chris Adams's office provide me a cheaper rate and better coverage on home and auto but he also found some flaws with my old agent and promised to fully have my back on claims rather than work against me like they did. They have handled all the transitions back to Allstate flawlessly and I definitely feel like I have a much better and personal connection with this agent than with Farmer's or my prior Allstate agent.
