"These people act like they were concerned when the accident first happens but then you never hear anything from them. The only time they have told us anything about our claim is when I called and asked! Our adjuster Eliana Rodriguez, was supposed to be calling us back to let us know what was going on and 2weeks later, still nothing. We have tried to call her and left messages with multiple was to get a hold of us and she is still NOT returning calls. I had to call the Tx dept of Insurance and file a complaint and their advice to me was hire an attorney when someone is working like this. I called and asked for a different adjuster and was told that’s not possible unless I talked to Eliana. They tried connecting and said she’s busy. Can she have a call back number???? REALLY???? I’ve repeated this number to her and her voicemail more than I’ve said it my entire life and she wants it again!?! I hope the attorney gets them on their feet better than we could! I would definitely stay away from this place! If your giving them money, I’m sure they work great for you, but if have a claim and they owe..GOOD LUCK!!!!"

"Horrible Horrible insurance . I'm canceling today. For 40 more bucks I get a way better policy with actual customer service. I couldn't respond for some reason so I updated this review . I want to stay as far away from this company as possible. I literally had one of your supervisors Named Brad telling me on a recorded line he wouldn't help me and get the information after you guys MESSED UP Customer service and this company shouldn't go in the same senescence. Done . Thank God for PROGRESSIVE"

"The recruiter who interviewed me was very unprofessional, the supervisors who interviewed me after were also.They did not speak English fluently and it was two persons talking at the same time, the call also got disconnected. When the recruiter was interviewing me he got all confused asking questions.He also asked personal questions which did not pertain to the job description."
