"If I could leave no stars, I would. The way Irasema has handled our insurance has been quite questionable. Our rates would change every single month, at some point they had doubled and when we would question it, it seems like there was never a clear answer as to why this was happening, just excuses. We just recently changed insurance companies and our new company pointed out several discrepancies. My mother had gotten into a minor car accident about 2 years ago, in which Irasema put that I was the one involved and not my mom and it was one reason our rates were high. We also found out that she had put the wrong car model for one of our vehicles. And the most recent one that was our main reason to leave, my father was involved in a car accident that left our car completely totaled, Irasema told us that we would have to keep the car on the policy until the claim has been processed with the other drivers insurance. We found out this was completely not true and the vehicle could have been removed literally the next day. To be honest, I truly believe she was committing some sort of fraud thought my parents would be the perfect victims. Would strongly not recommend anyone use her services."
