"Went in and 2 guys were standing there never asked if we needed help. We finally had to say for help. We told them what we need and they had no idea what we need. They then directed ur to the service guy and he showed no interest in helping out with our problem. All we need was a fitting for our sand pump. We then went to Pools West and they had what we needed and the owner was very nice and informative. I'll give them a 10."

"Do not know what is happening at the Lubbock store. Their parts and service used to be the best. They have been out of 25 lb buckets of Chorine forever. I questioned them on it and they didn’t even know enough to talk about Chlorine. I went home and ordered it online, no problem."

"I would put negative stars if possible. The customer service is absolutely the worse! Went into the store yesterday there was two guys there working. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we were in there. When we went to ask for help one guy jumped on the phone and the other guy started checking out a customer at the register and both just stared at us. After the one guy gets off the phone he just stares in space we had to yet again ask for help. We asked about a cordless vacuum which he said he just sold the last one earlier and would get another truck today (Sunday) so I went online found the exact same one I was looking at yesterday, purchased it, got the confirmation email. It stated I would get an email when the order was ready to pick up. Two hours go by and we called up to the store. The guy that answered the phone stated he rejected the order because he didn’t have it in stock. Never got an email saying he rejected it which would have been nice to know since I was waiting and expecting it today."

"Horrible customer service! I had to literally ask someone to help me. They never asked me if I needed any assistance! I was there looking for a pool vacuum and asked for his opinion and he just looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. Of course they did not have the model in stock so the guy took my information down telling we that they would have it in the store in nine days and they would hold one for me. So on the tenth day I called them back and the manager did not even know what I was talking about. Then he told me that their truck never showed up and would have to wait another 9 days. I went on Amazon instead and found one. It is what I should have done in the beginning but needed their experience and expertise and got nothing. They do not treat all customers the same. So disappointed with the Lubbock store."
