"I’ve really tried to support this business. I have spent a ton of money here. However, the blonde owner is so nasty to deal with. She is rude, arrogant and yells at you if you don’t agree with something she said. She’s actually apologized to me TWICE about the way she’s acted. Honestly, you can’t continue that horrible behavior and expect to keep business. Do better. Shame on me for thinking it would change. All these negative reviews are right. Don’t give her your money. You’ll catch me at Leslie’s from now on."

"Make sure to read the edited: Wonderful place with knowledgeable staff. Edited: well I had my second experience with this company and I will never step through there doors. The president of the company is a very hateful woman. I had special ordered some products and she was very rude. I was working with a very wonderful person and she stepped in and made it well known that I was taking way too much of the companies time. When I was working with the wonderful gentleman he was explaining the 2 different pumps and filters I could purchase from them for my new pool. I was going to make these extra purchases today on top of the special order I was picking up today. Once I called her on her ugliness she got even more hateful. Told me I was taking too long and so I told her I would just forget the filter and pump today and just get the items that had come in. She said I will not sell these to you. And pulled them away from me at the check out desk. Needless to say I walked out and will not ever be back. I will not do business with a company that makes there clients feel they are an inconvenience. I will purchase everything I need elsewhere."

"I called Tuesday and Wednesday to get an estimate and they told me he would call me back then on Friday when I called back again for the 3rd time they don't told me I would have to wait till Monday Because hes in Hereford working! I don't understand because I know they have phones in hereford ! he could have easily called and set up an appointment with me ! I think it was so unprofessional for you to tell a customer for them to call back especially after they've called 2 or 3 times just trying to get estimate to use your company ! I hope the next person that wants a pool by you guys doesn't get the same treatment!"
